Did what they stated they would, when and how they said. So far seems very good quality work and friendly service. Excellent. As an update in Feb 2019 they did a second job for me - truly excellent - use them!

This is not a great store when buying a new carpet first job they did bedroom all fine hall way fine front room left with carpet not fitted they said they would come back never did. phoned them no answer tried 6 times emailed no reply worst customer service ever had from a local business. I ended up having to get another company in to do the job therefore having to pay out again for fitting. The whole shop needs bring in to the 21st century not high on the list it seems when it comes to data protection the counter was covered with payment details credit card details & customer address details NOT SAFE they have trouble with Carpet moth this company i know of 3 fittings now where the customer has had to have there carpets treated within 48hrs of Gelder Carpets fitting the carpet. ((( WARNING ! ))) THEY HAVE MOVED TO PIZEY AVE in Clevedon you have been warned. If you want a local carpet shop with great service then use Mendip Carpets of Nailsea real profesnal outfit the shop is so nice & clean the staff are welcoming also willing to go the extra mile my brother had the whole house done amazing job what a difference. What a difference & great in prices as well shocked on how much i paid for the same carpet & with money being short Mendip Carpets of Nailsea is the place to visit & take a look at there rugs as well really worth the money. I Will be using them to have my kitchen floor done with no hesitation.
