This is a buisness that's underestimated they specialise in a area of the automotive industry that's hated by most.Customers expect the same day repairs and are totally unrealistic of expectations.Dealers offer min 6 week bookings when this company can fit you in within 2 weeks if all people were realistic and didn't give negativity this company could thrive beyond all expectations

I took my car to Mr Clutch for repairs. For several days I was deceived that they didn't have the parts and I had to wait. After a week I picked up the car and an hour later it turned out to be inoperable again and I had to call roadside assistance. As it turned out, the mechanics didn't replace anything, they just checked the spark plugs and that's it. I am very disappointed that regular customers are treated this way and deceived that the car is repaired when in fact nothing was done. I incurred additional costs and lost confidence in this garage.

Good service and plesent staff. If you are lucky, you will get a sweet.

I recently used this garage to have my discs and pads changed and a full service,I will use them again great service and great prices I will recommend this garage to any one. Fantastic and prompt booking.

The team there saw my car immediately after a 2 minute phone call and sorted everything out in under an hour. No messing around and didn't try to pull one over me, even after having been to 2 garages the same day. Very good service!!

Happy to send this through to a customer service email.Not impressed and won’t be returning to this garage. Booked my car in for an MOT last Friday, I wasn’t given a time slot and was just told to bring it in first thing. After me phoning in the afternoon to see when my car would be ready to collect, I was given excuses about the MOT ramp not working and so there was a delay. After phoning just before they closed, I was told they hadn’t been able to complete my MOT and that my car would be ready the following morning.I was phoned at 9:45 the next morning, and was told that my car had failed on a back tyre that needed repairing. They said that I’d need to collect the car, take it to the local tyre shop round the corner and have it back to Mr Clutch by 11am in order for them to redo the MOT as they closed at 12 (it says on Google they don’t close until 5:30pm which I found strange).My other half got down to the garage, managed to get the tyre sorted quickly thanks to the excellent tyre shop, and got it back to Mr Clutch in time. A guy at Mr Clutch then drove the car away to my other half’s surprise! When he returned he asked where they’d taken our car and he confessed that they outsource their MOTs to another garage (ATR Motors - this is also listed on our receipt).We weren’t advised upon booking that this work would be outsourced, which I feel is very misleading to customers. I have no idea as to the reputation of ATR Motors, and chose Mr Clutch based on their name and reputation. To receive an MOT from a third party isn’t what we signed up for, and at no point did we receive an apology throughout this experience from Mr Clutch for this not being made clear.Customer service was poor in general and we won’t be returning to this garage, despite being regular customers for a number of years.

Managed to fit my car emergency in at short notice, was open and honest with what was needed to get back on the road safely. Great trustworthy service from Steve and his mechanics. Highly recommend

Really do not even bother booking in save yourself time & find somewhere else.....They do not want your business....Booked my car in 2 weeks ago for a clutch change , arrived this morning dropped the car off & then recieved a call an hour later stating they had not ordered the part ?????Went and picked my car up & the guy said they don't order the parts until the car turns up , although it takes 4 -5 days for the part to arrive....Really save yourself time & money go somewhere where they want to do the work an get paid

Great service. Came in with an urgent problem without any appointment. Got help straight away, took all the time in the world to help us and explain. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
