I have now closed my storage unit, everything went smoothly. I was able to access when I needed to, and help was always on hand if I needed. Thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use again and recommend.Reception staff were extremely helpful. Danielle showed me different storage units until I was happy with the right one. Just beginning a 3-month contract, which might have changes. I am sure that I will get all the help and advice needed to make it an easy time.

It took longer than expected to exchange on my property and my rental contract expired. Safestore was super helpful and an absolute godsend to temporarily store my belongings. Setting up an account, bringing my stuff in to picking it back up and closing the account. Everything was super easy to do. Highly recommend them.

Brilliant service, the lady's in reception are so helpful and super polite. They took care of all my needs and more by helping me with set up of pad lock and showing me to my space. Building is super clean with spacious access, with ample trolley that work.

Good location in the middle of town. Units and public areas are clean and well lit. Customer service is efficient. Can get very busy with cars and vans in loading bays. Sometimes difficult to park and the 20 minute maximum loading time isn’t adhered to. As mentioned elsewhere, insurance is mandatory which I find strange. ( you can arrange your own insurance). I eventually moved out of the unit as the costs were rising exponentially every year.
