New Jasmine

I ordered from here online. When I called the woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. I ordered rice and prawn crackers for my brother, and both had good portion sizes and we're good value for money.I also ordered the meal for one, which was incredible. The price was extremely cheap for the mountain of mouth-watering delicious food that I received. It had a great variety, with plenty of quantity.I will definitely be ordering from this fantastic takeaway again!

Always been okk for me and the lady… but prices have changed due to inflammation just to dear for me! Foods always been okk and sound but the picture for me that somebody has placed up has put us completely off

2 hours to deliver food was ok needs a chef as i can cook better myself so want something nice if order a takeaway

They gave me the wrong food and I didn't realise until I opened the containers at home. I called them and they offered to give me the right thing if I would like to go back to the takeaway and fetch it.

Picked up a takeaway this evening. Normally we really enjoy it but unfortunately this evening it was disappointing. We had a king prawn curry (curry sauce was like water) hot and sour soup which was like dish water. Very disappointing. Come on jasmines you used to be bang on

1st time ordering here and fair to say will be the last, arrived 20 mins late no big deal really but food quality was awful. Ordered salt n pepper chips and they was full of an oily grease, horrible ! Even the carrier bag they came in was full of it, curry sauce very bland only decent thing was crispy shredded chicken. Even that was not up to standard. Called restaurant and said it a special chilli oil , no refund offered, just told to order without oil next time, well there will not be a next time that's for sure,

Prawns and onions and vegetables in king prawn chop suey weren't cooked ABSOLUTE DISGUST and the prawns are just reheated but serving but the noodles were lovely wud not reccomend getting this dish but anything else i would highly recommend

I can't quite believe what's happened this evening. When ever I visit my family in Dudley, we order from here.....online. My family use them weekly as their food is fab. Unfortunately there is a woman working this evening who has absolutely no customer service training/skills at all. We placed an order at 7pm ( have proof on our account, via email and text. When the order still hadn't arrived over an hour later, we rang. The woman basically didn't care about their error ( she was saying we hadn't ordered ) and even after explaining we had proof, her attitude was tough, you need to reorder and go to the back of the queue! She actually said that sentence and put the phone down! We tried calling back, started speaking to a more sympathetic member of staff.....when the same woman interrupted the phone call and simply said, thank you, goodbye and put the phone down again! Such a shame as the food is good and the rest of the staff have always been pleasant.
