Me and my partner Rhys are new to Edinburgh when we went to view a flat in the city. Phil showed us the flat and he was very easy to talk to and kept things simple when it came to the application process. I contacted CP-property to rent out a 2-bed flat, as I saw they successfully represented a rental similar to mine in Zoopla recently, in a fairly speedy turnaround time.Phil displayed high level of professionalism & attention for detail throughout. From our initial meeting, he listened and took in my needs/expectations very carefully, and recommended topside yet achievable price for the property.He always responded timely, and provided me with an update before and after each of the viewing. He safeguarded the application process, to filter the right tenant for me.Phil not only handled the flat handover to the tenant on my behalf, but also executed contacting council tax/utility company etc., which was a very pleasant surprise for me.I would highly recommend Phil and CP-property for any landlord who would like peace of mind in renting our their property.

I would highly recommend Chris & Phil at CP Property. As tenants they assisted me and my pregnant wife out with a last minute roof over our head after we were let down by another agent. Their due care with both us, as tenants, and the landlord was first class. Great guys as well.
