We thought we'd give this place another go after a couple of bad experiences but wanted to give the benefit of doubt. So we ordered our pizzas and sides. When it arrived we had in fact been given the wrong side and when my partner called to inform them, we were made to feel like this mistake was our fault and that if we wanted the correct side we would have to pay the difference! The staff and manager are very patronising and rude resulting in terrible service! Never again!

We travel from Chippenham well worth the drive, always consistent quality. Staff are amongst the friendliest I've ever come across so over all if your after a decent huge pizza that won't break the bank tastes mint and served by nice people then this is the place for you.

I had kentucky burger which was nice however my normal chicken was a little dry, but southern fried chicken my partner had was very suculant and juicy. Prices a tad steep for a take away but very much worth it.

Thought we would try this place for a change, wanted to order Nice and Hot but swap fresh chillies and spicy beef for Jalapeños and olives but was informed you can only swap one ingredient and then pay for the other. I have been ordering pizza for 20 years and I have never heard of being asked to pay to swap ingredients, they clearly care more about making a quick extra than they do about customers, which makes me wonder where else they are cutting corners. If they had a wide range of choices you wouldn't need to swap but they don't. They are not cheaper than other places in the area as stated in other reviews, so we'll be sticking to our usual place.

I opted for the Oaklahoma burger and chips. I love garlic so couldn't wait to get the garlic flavour of it. Burger was well cooked but no flavour at all. Garlic just didn't exist. Chips were well cooked and not greasy. Wasn't asked if I wanted salt or vinegar when handed them. I asked for salt and vinegar but was told it was added so accepting that I went on my way. When I opened them no salt or vinegar at all so again no flavour. My 1st time here and unless the flavour teachers came in to advise how to add flavour unfortunately I wouldn't return.

I have always enjoyed this place but feel it's gone downhill! I ordered this Friday and had a really bad stomach the following day! The last couple of times I have ordered from there I have had really bad cramps but I didn't really think it was from the food here but it most certainly is! Won't be ordering again!

Today was my first visit to Pizza Direct, the crust on the pizza is amazingly crispy whilst the remainder of the pizza was soft, which is good, the 4 cheese blend is to die for and definitely beats Pizza Huts blend. Lastly I can’t forget to mention the Tuscan, the combination of the nice sweet bbq sauce and garlic with the 4 cheese blend was delicious, definitely will be visiting again on a next cheat/treat day!

Just bought a Nice & Hot pizza with fresh garlic, we love garlic but the amount they put on was beyond a joke. Some of the pieces were whole cloves, we counted 120+ pieces of garlic in our pizza and that was the extra bits that were too much to eat as part of our pizza. Management were flippant and suggested that they put on a normal amount for the size of pizza. If only their Facebook page allowed reviews you'd be able to see the ridiculous amount of garlic we have. Gets one star because the vampires have disappeared from our street.

Polite staff and excellent food. They're willing to create you a pizza to your liking also. They're also taking social distancing and more health and hygiene in place during this pandemic.
