I had a fantastic stay at Glenbrittle Youth Hostel, very remote and quiet just what I like, Stuart there went above and beyond to help me out with my camera issues along with giving me ideas where abouts to go and was extremely friendly. It's an awesome place

The hostal was very clean and comfortable. The location, despite the fact that there's no wifi nor any type of conexion, is very isolated and paceful.I was doing a research about Scotland, and the 2 recepcionists I'd met helped me a lot and were very kind. I really apreciate it.

Brilliant youth hostel in a great location. Perfect if you want to do any of the cuillin ridge. It's very clean and modern on the inside with very friendly staff. The showers are really good, both powerful and hot! Very much would recommend.

Thank you for sorting me and my mate out a night in the poring rain! We rode past and thought we would chance our luck with getting a night while at wet through and luckily you had space!The communal room was comfortable and cosy with USB sockets to charge our coms and phones and the drying room made short work of our wet through motorcycle gear.Staff were welcoming and accommodating and we got to make some new friends over some card games and drinks.ThanksAgain!

Glenbrittle Youth Hostel
Loved staying here - great for access to the mountains and the famous fairy pools! The hostel isn't officially open during the day, but they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in the reception area so that I didn't have to carry a 70 litre pack to the beach and back with an injured foot. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, and I will definitely be back (although I might try to use a car to get there next time, as the hike from Sligachan with luggage is a killer!)

Be prepared to drive on a bumpy road to get there...but it is worth it! So pretty, clean, quiet, all in a great location. Would recommend

Glenbrittle Youth Hostel
An off the beaten track hostel with its own spring water & falls on the hillside opposite. The Cuillins are literally above you when you stay, good for walkers and close to Glenbrittle beach which is at the end of the road by the busy campsite.....also on the same road as The Fairy Pools, but didn't stop there - the falls by the hostel were more dramatic and quieter.
