Such a pleasant experience purchasing a car from Clean Motors - genuine customer service! Would highly recommend

I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. This company, also known as Ilford Motors, sold me a faulty mini cooper that the engine died within weeks. Halford and BMW both diagnosed the issue as pre-existing faults that would cost more than the value of the vehicle to repair. They ignored all my messages and letters which is shocking, not even a courtesy reply to resolve the matter. This is now going through legal proceedings, again they ignored all court notices so I'll be seeing them in court soon. ps I don't know how such cowboys sleep in peace! Fahad you know me and have my details but you never had the decency to reply and sort out the issue!!!
