Rented my property through MK Residential recently and found them very helpful and professional. Taner were very clear from the start with the service they offer and did a great job in all aspects throughout with finding a good tenant and arranging all the necessary inspections and certifications. They listened to your needs and gave us excellent suggestions where appropriate. I won’t hesitate to use and recommend them again in the future for sure. I gave my flat to MK Residential to let and manage.Brilliant from day one. Flat was rented fast in about a week, everything has been taking care by Taner. He did extra miles as well to sort it out the gas and electricity certificates which saves me lots of time as I don't live in MK.He is very responsive, give you all the information and makes great decision.I wanted him to chose the tenants and he did.They moved in this May, so far no issue at all. Hardly hear about it.Great service. Highly recommended.

At first I did not hear about MK residential so was not sure, but when I called them to arrange a viewing they arranged the same day. Taner has been great help ever since and very professional, will definitely recommend going forward

Came across Taner Ismail’s contact from the accredited list of energy performance assessors, and I can’t even express how impressed how I was with Taner’s service! From the get go I could tell I was dealing with a true professional. Not only did Taner accommodate my urgent assessment request on his busy schedule, but his communication and time management is exactly how business should be conducted. Showed up 5mins early and was very friendly, all while maintaining all COVID regulations. To be honest I felt more comfortable than I do at my local Tesco. Overall 5/5, and he will be having my continued business.
