Charlecote Pet Store

Very nice garden centre, beautiful plants to see and buy, every garden accessory available, good pet centre and lovely cafe/restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Friendly and peaceful.

Knowledge friendly staff. Cater for all common, and not so common pets as well as wild birds and hedgehogs. Coming here years.

Good selection of pet foods and a few budgies knocking about as well. I go here for the parrot as he likes the food from here.

Lovely friendly shop. Staff very knowledgeable about their animals that they stock. Not your average pet shop, they cater for all animals from cats and dogs, to reptiles, birds and fish.

After going to charlecote store for many years getting all different animal products even animals. But then on 25th Feb getting accused of stealing something. Even when there was others in there not just me. I buy most of the stuff on Amazon now as they're cheaper. I think an apology is definitely needed as I won't be returning back to the store until I get a decent apology. I have known Charlotte for many years and it's funny how I get accused of something I haven't done. Is it just because she knows who I am.? Getting a colleague member called Jeanette to enter a competition on my pet services page to try and win a lead they accused me of nicking after I have proof I bought it on Amazon. If this continues I will be taking the matter further!
