Can't praise these guys enough. I was coming to the end of a long ride and my pedal and crank detached near this shop. I pedalled over one legged and asked for help.The three guys immediately set about fixing the bike and double checked there were no underlying issues.Thank you Liam for the quick, friendly and professional response.

These guys are my new local bike shop since I moved to town, and are an amazing local facility. Super friendly, know what they’re about, keep my bikes running smoothly, and have a great social scene with weekly road and off road rides.To top it off they recently rebuilt two wheels for me, sorting it out at extremely short notice before I was heading off on a long planned trip to ride the King Alfred’s Way.

I love this shop, the staff and very friendly and helpful, the advice is always brilliant and service is exceptional. They have a brilliant stock of bikes, parts and accessories on the shop, you will always be met with a smile and a friendly hello. They run weekly bike ride outs for both road and mountain bike riders. It is my only go to bike shop and a the best one I have visited in the whole of Hertfordshire.

Have always bought our bikes from Harpenden Cycles and always been very happy. Recently upgraded my teenage sons bike and had mine serviced ( bought from them over 6 years ago and amazed how well it still rides). Excellent service and a great selection.Will was very knowledgeable, kept me up-to date on where my bike was, the build process and when it would be ready.Highly recommended! I travelled from London for the highly reviewed service and would do so again!

Outstanding service, purchased my German e-bike last year. Damaged my spine earlier this year. The team found me a suspension seat post and gel saddle.Helped me set it up correctly and got md back on the road.Cannot thank them enough.
