I am so pleased that we chose Helmores to sell our farm in Spreyton. They were professional, communicative, had excellent attention to detail - especially with the photographs - and they were extremely proactive. The sale was not an easy one, due mainly to chain breakdowns, but the service that we received from Helmores was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We could not have wished for a more helpful team of people - they sold our big old family home for my sister and I. From George our initial valuer and main man, to Becky and Jamie our office contacts and then Loren and Jo who co-ordinated the agreed sale. They were all so efficient and empathetic, as selling the family home was a big wrench for us. I would recommend them as a brilliant team to anyone!

Whilst we thought everything went really well with Helmores, the marketing etc, it was the support provided during our very difficult conveyancing process that really stood out. Loren was absolutely brilliant and did so much chasing and following up on our behalf. She was very communicative and extremely proactive. Had a super fast response to my request for a valuation, a very sensible conversation around the market pricing for my house. Photo's and marketed really quickly and the team took care of all of the viewings (I live 3 hours away so needed a good dependable team to look after everything), I soon had offers coming in and with great advice from the team managed to get a good proceedable buyer in short time. Overall I am really really happy with the communication and service that I have experienced during the sale process.

Helmores has helped us so much to move in to a larger property as the property we were previously renting from them. We were out growing as a family of four. We really appreciate all the hard work and effort they put in to help us to get to this new property, especially Andy the letting agent was very very helpful and we really appreciated him. we would highly recommend Helmores to anybody who is looking at renting as we have previously rented with them.
