Sent my phone with a broken screen for repair, came back and they had replaced my glass screen with a cheap plastic one, broke my Touch ID and my home button now falls out if I press it too often. I was told that it’s not their problem even though my phone was completely fine before taking it there, minus the broken glass. Highly recommend iPhone doctor or phone locker over these, better service and real apple replacement parts.

I'm not from the area but had an errand in Halifax. Bobbed in on the off chance of a same-day back glass repair for a fairly unpopular 5 year old phone (clearly asking for the moon on a stick!). They had stock, the job was done in 45 mins and it was a reasonable price! I will make the trip back to them with any future repairs!

Excellent customer service and a very efficient shop. Staff is friendly, and the lady in there was extremely helpful in repairing my electronic. Heavily recommend for phone and electronic repairs!

Poor experience to say the least. Had to come in many times for the same problem (cracked phone screen) and different things had been said each time due to mistakes and lack of research from their part. Extremely poor customer service by the younger worker. Front lady does not understand the intricacies of fixing the device and gave incorrect information. Felt very patronised from both. We had to have put in a deposit for a new screen in which they ordered the wrong one yet didn't give the deposit back claiming it was for their diagnostic charge and didn't fix the screen in the end anyways. Wouldn't come again.

very bad experience i gave him mobile that didn't charge properly he said i fixed and put new part but he didn't put it agter taht same problem after 2 days then i went to the shop again he charged this shop below pick really bad experience

I had a protective screen fitted there, after few days I could see white spots under the screen so I went there to ask if this wasn't a defect of the protector but been told that this is not normal and I will get charged I want it refitted. Today my phone dropped on the floor and luckily it was a carpet the protector come off like it wasn't never attached to the screen. Normally I use to go the other store not far from there but they didn't had the protector for my phone. Not slot ofoney but is disappointing about their service

Have always used this phone shop, excellent service! After recently having a new glass screen saver fitted that cracked (my fault) took my phone back and screen saver was replaced free of charge. The young lady who works there is so polite and efficient as are all the staff. Highly recommend this shop!
