Perfectly located with a safe car park, friendly,smiley staff and comfortable bed in an immaculately clean room. Stopped on the way home from airport late at night/ early morning. Be sure to inform them if you are going to be arriving after 2am though as your booking may get wiped after then.

The woman on the check out desk was fantastic, really helpful! I've had issues with my car alarm & she was able to move me to a room that overlooked my car so I could hear it if it went off. She went out of her way to help & I super appreciate that =)2nd stay & Reception still super helpful & location is great, right next to Cribbs & M5 but not noisy.

I was in Bristol on business and staying alone. It became very evident that there was a high number of either homeless or immigrants staying here so I would not stay here again

This is by far the worst travel offs I have stayed in. There we only 3 redeeming features-1.location, really close to Cribbs Causeway2. Staff, pleasant and amenable3. Comfy bedOtherwise, the hotel is in serious need of a refurb!There was an overall smell of funk about the place, carpets were thread bear, windows wouldn’t shut properly, there was mildew stains on the window jams. Curtains were tatty and didn’t meet to shut out the light.

Tucked away behind Miller and Carter you would never find it from the road without a sat navigation notting around in safe walking distance to buy food but a vending machine for chocolate and cans in reception rooms have had a bit of a up grade but bedding old and ripped heating wasn't working but reception sorted out but took a few hours

We book a family room 2 adults 2 kids. No soap in the bathroom dispensers so could no wash our hands properly, only 1 towel for the 4 of us, only 2 cups between 4, the floor was not cleaned and the floor smelt of mould.

A rundown hotel that needs refurbishing. The carpets are so old that you don't even understand what colour they were.Service inexistent.At least the personnel is kind and helpful.Wonder what you are paying for

Comfy bed, curtains in room did not meet fully so couldn't shut out the light. Double glazed unit fogged up! Bathroom floor grubby. Hall carpet very messy, possibly ruined during refurbishment. Staff friendly and welcoming.

We really just needed a place to sleep so can't complain. though I think the provision within the room has decreased since last year. Tea/coffee wasn't replenished. No glasses provided. I know we could have be asked but we only returned each evening and left early mornings so didn't want to waste time waiting. Friendly staff and generally clean hotel
