Had a beautiful cut a few weeks ago, had long layers and a side/curtain fringe cut in. The cut was much better than my usual hairdressers and £15 cheaper. I came back in yesterday to get my fringe trimmed and they didn't charge me anything. Apparently, it's a free service they offer their clients. I was so impressed, as the upkeep of the fringe was something I had been concerned about. Now I have a beautiful haircut, which suits me so well and won't cost an arm and a leg to maintain.

I usually visit every 2 months to have a short back and sides. However, on this occasion I found the female that cut my hair was very rude and unprofessional. She was very heavy handed when using the razor and when cutting my hair. My birth spot is on the back of my head and I thought at one point she might cut the back of my head. The job she was doing seemed very rushed, by doing this she also dropped the comb on me, luckily enough it wasnt the razor or it could have had serious consequences. She did say sorry but in a very half hearted manner. The job she did on my hair was adequate enough but I also had to ask her 3 times to bring the mirror closer when she asked me if the job was done okay as I didnt have my glasses on. I paid £10.95 for the haircut but felt that the service I got was not good enough. After leaving the premises I had forgotten that I left my smoothie drink on the side so I went back and said to the female that I have just come back to collect my drink I left, she was behind the cash counter. She just looked up at me in a very rude manner and looked back at the computer screen, it would of been polite of her to say ok or no problem and without the rude look on her face.I hope standards change as I quite reguarly use Lil Missy as it is local to where I live. Otherwise, I will choose another hairdressers in future.

I popped in after work for a sweep fringes and a my end trimmed my hairs is not very long only 3/4 only up to my shoulders blades .I wasn't happ y at all with the service and cost me £20 for a less then 6 min job extortion price .They offer you FREE drinks which they say are FREE "But not really!! they charged me for the hot chocolate in price .most expensive fringe & end cuts I ever spent please be careful nothing is FREE !"

This is a really lovely salon. The staff are highly informative and very proficient. The surroundings are modern and spacious. There is no steamed up chemical smells around.The stylists are very helpful and pleasant with all ages of customers. They also sell recommended brand professional hair care products. I highly recommend.
