Tried thd branch in Bradford, Idle for the first time. Collected shoes a few days later to find They were worse than when I took them in. The new heel did not meet the Stem of shoe, the leather was rough around the edges of the heel. When I complained to one of the trainees at the counter he responded with there is nothing wrong with them maybe they just need squaring off. His attitude was disgusting and I had to wait a further 15 minutes for another employee to sort the problem. Luckily the second employee spotted the disgusting workmanship straightaway and fixed the problem. As a whole terrible customer Services, Poor workmanship. I will not be using these again.

The shop was closed with a back in 20 mins sign on the shutter when I went so can't comment on service. I was going for a new battery for my watch. Ended up taking it to the small watch shop in the market joined on and got new battery fitted for £5.

Would never go back here took some boots in to be healed & soled a couple of months ago & when they were returned,the boots instep had been broken which meantvl could not wear them. Expensive mistake.

The lady I believe called Rachel was an absoloute star. Brilliant services provided and superb customer service.

Charged me a tenner for a a link putting in also link was provided when at a different timpsons cost me 2 pound a link for taking them out doesn't add up !!

Staff ignored me had to wait ten mins for staff to notice me then tried charge me £50 to replace a zip on coat and 3wks timescales
