I went twice and in both times it was closed. In the door there wasn't any type of timetable. I couldn't visit it.The owner answered me. I hope can visit it when I come back to Derry.

I can't really review the museum as unfortunately it wasn't open & there are no clues as to when it will be open. There were just a few signs around saying opening soon, so beware if you are thinking of visiting. Correct as at 14/9/2021.

Foyle Valley Railway Museum
On the riverside is this old building housing the Railway Museum. Very quiet when we visited, there is a locomotive, a railcar and some coaches plus the usual station & signals hardware, posters, maps etc. Personally, I thought it a bit cramped, and a little dull. It’s a shame that they seem to have no locos in steam or rail trips available.
