They didn’t even ask me any questions when I brought a hamster from here. Which is heartbreaking as god knows what it could’ve gone to. Staff really need to do better and think about the animals future welfare. Luckily she’s gone to a good home to a cage above the pdsa, blue cross and rspca minimums (of which Jollyes do not even sell hamster cages that meet the minimum 775sq inches)

Friendly, helpful staff who obviously love their animals. Has a good range of dog and cat food, treats and accessories. Seem to also have a good range of small animal stuff as well as some live animals who (from what you can see in store) seem to be well cared for. Usually have some good deals on as well as regular money off vouchers for members.
