Despite the fact that I live within the delivery range that this takeaway set themselves and I made an order valued above their minimum order which they set themselves, they refused to deliver to me because I live too far away and my food didn't cost enough.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Shocking service wouldn’t serve me because I said I didn’t want cheese on my chips the man asked was it an allergy my partner jokingly said yes she does even though we was ordering a pizza box so obviously not allergic it’s just a preference, he wouldn’t even let us get a word in edge ways and just said I’m not serving you. You could just tell he did not want to serve us the minute we got in there he was just so rude. did not even ask what pizza we wanted just demanded the money and then after I asked for no cheese on the chips refused to serve me.

Food cold when delivered chips taste horrible they were like eating cardboard and cheesy chips looked like they had been thrown around.

Not Ordered Here For A While ... Food Took Around 40 Mins Which Is Normal for A Saturday Night ... It Arrived Hot And Can't Any Reason Not To Give 5 Stars .. A Free Can Or Bottle of Pepsi Would of Gone Next Level But Maybe I'm Asking To Much

I order on the phone and this so called restraunt and they said ok and put it in the driver called me and told me to walk down the street and it is midnight I said no I can't leave the house and they said I have three more order I am leaving then I call the shop they said oh well and ended .so I am appalled by this bc this had led me to have bean on toast bc I have no money left and this was the cheapest place nearby..

this is outrageous ordered a chicken burger and i went to eat it and it’s all hard inside, not even cooked, the guy acted like he couldn’t speak english and then tried to rip me off and then his phone rang and he spoke english this is appalling i don’t recommend at all

Id leave 0 star if i could, found big chunk of sharp plastic in my food, cut all my mouth open and all they offered was to redo the pizza but i had to come and collect it myself! Will never order again from here. Poor customer service!

Tried a couple of times now.. tried the donner and seek kebabs with hot sauce which was good.. also the pizzas are nice tried the heat wave... the chicken burgers weren't to my liking they seemed like they were from frozen not fresh filletsm but the rest of the stuff I've had seems good. The deliveries I have had have both been before expected time which is also good. No complaints

I am appauled on behalf of my children who have ordered such a simple order (2 regular cheesy chips ) however they called us saying they couldn’t find my house . Therefore we guided them to my house but they begin shouting at my children . They even stated that they had no care in the world about our order and then hung up on them and didn’t deliver the food. Then we called back politely and they denied them their food , luckily we were paying in cash otherwise that would have been a waste of my money. They were looking forwards to this sleepover however this resulted in beans and cheese on toast for tea . Terrible service however this used to be a great place for food until these wombats took over .Honestly APPALLING!!!!!!
