Very helpful staff exchanged an airfryer that had a cracks in the glass dish

Always a great selection of items to buy. Very competitive prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. A pleasant place to go shopping. Always something on offer. Highly recommended to find your perfect household items.

I’m a regular and loyal shopper in this store and had received a flyer through my door regarding offers which I went to check out. I’m a banker and has rushed to catch the store before closing and caught it just 10-15 mins before closure. I met a friendly man who helped me a large item I saw and wanted and went to check out the promotional items to see what I could purchase. First the friendly guy came down the isle to remind me they’re closing, then within less than 1 mins a dark skinned guy came to remind me and had to let me know he started at 7 so it’s s long day and they’re closing the tills. When I got to tills s young man standing there I’d asked about batteries to fit a flash light I’d bought from the store and he said he didn’t know what batteries fit even though I showed him the exact same flash light so he could check. When he said he didn’t know I checked with him again that same dark skinned guy was standing next to him and said “if he said he doesn’t know then he doesn’t know!” He was well RUDE!! I had several items now to purchase and I have especially one member of staff who seemed my business wasn’t welcomed! I’ve night several items and like I said a regular and loyal shopper in this store and NEVER have experienced such RUDENESS!! Maybe some training is required…. If he continues the store will lose customers no doubt as I will not continue to shop here when he comes across rude unfriendly and inept! Please sort this out as it’s bad for business thank you. Oh by the way I’m a vulnerable, with disabilities and ethnic minority

Extremely poor customer service in store, staff prefer to chat amongst themselves or drink coffee rather than help customers, no sense of urgency in resolving a customer issue. We waited 20 minutes and still the person we needed to see did not appear. We were just told to ring customer service, even though the issue could have been resolved in store. Will not be shopping there again

Dec23: always helpful and dealt with expeditiously.Also allowed me to park in their car park to make return. Because courier didn't collect full returnStaff didn't shirk responsibility and made efforts to ensure my query was dealt with.Always had this experience and they have such a wide range of products too.Good quality.

Excellent service at any time of the day. I felt very confident ordering early Xmas presents with a 15% off weekend offer. I called twice to confirm if the orders had been received? I was impressed with the overall service online and over the phone. I was confident ordering much needed stock and will recommend highly. This store has great customer focused staff.it is a nice tidy store to browse around. I bought a solar powered garden table and two Marxmen pens as demonstrated on Dragons' Den.

Today 5th sept 2021, I dropped in to send a DHL parcel to Kenya, a few minutes before closing time. The store manager, at st albans i believe her name is Stacey, was soo helpful and energetic. She went out of her way to take me thru the process of sending my parcel n procesed it in record time......Very very professional. Very pleasant experience. Tonny

Excellent service from Stacy. I brought a fan and couldnt work how to put it together. Stacy came and put it together for me. It was no problem for her to help me. I have always recieved a great service when visiting this store and they have a good selection of stock. People say they are expensive but I dont think they are.

This is one of the best Shops in Hertfordshire. I've been shopping here for almost 6 years. The Manager Sharon will always go the extra mile to make customers happy and satisfied. The staff members are equally amazing. Never had any problems. Lovely team. I will recommend to everyone ❤
