Not a particularly nice experience! The sweet & sour sauce tasted odd, the batter on the prawns was VERY salty., the chicken was VERY rubbery and certainly didn't taste like chicken and something in the rest of the meal was VERY salty, hopefully all this salt doesn't cause my hubby to have a heart attack! Won't order from here again!

Should have listened to the other reviews. Ordered via Just Eat. No problem. Delivery expected 7.20pm (2 hours after the order was placed). No tracking. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times with no answer. Eventually arrived at 8.40pm (nearly 3.5 hours after ordering). Items missing. Food cold and massively greasy (was clearly cooked for the 7.20pm delivery). Tried calling again and no answer. Had to make some gravy at home just to heat up my food. Complained to Just Eat who refunded for missing items...well, not refunded but offered a credit off my next Just Eat order. Sorry. Going to uninstall and never use that app or this restaurant (if they can be classed as that) again. Order from here at your peril

Decent food , spare ribs too fatty for my liking

20 minutes late and delivery driver too lazy to come upto flat when a lift is provided when every other service has no issues actually delivering too my door . We are not in corona season so do not charge me £2,50 and ecpect me to mess around sorting kids out to go and get my food outside

Great food, very fresh and quick delivery. Also reasonable priced, will definitely use again. We always ask for no veg and they accommodated this no problems at all

I would totally give 0 starts as the food was old and out of date.I order today at 5pm 3 portions ribs, 2 chow mein, a portion of battered squid for my son and egg fried rice. The order came in time and we live very close, the squid was cold, old and probably off and my son start to feel sick at 8pm, I told him no to eat but he is a sea food lover and I could not stop him, we both parents realized was old as it was very rubbery and completely hard to chew. the egg fried rice was horrible and I send it straight to bin.Was the first time and the last ordering and regarding some bad reviews we wanted to give a chance. We never got sick from any shop selling cooked sea food and fish. The rest of the food was ok but all chow mein I eat before were better. So do not waste your money to make sick your family. :(((((((((

Don't accept card payment in person. Had to order via Foodhub whilst in their shop. Even then the menu wasn't updated on Foodhub. Food is great though and is cooked very quickly in the open kitchen which you can watch.

second time ordering from here, food is always delicious, hot and tastes authentic, and it's reasonably priced, highly recommend this takeaway!

I don’t understand the bad reviews. Used for years and never ever had an issue. They’re always lovely on the phone, and the delivery is super quick. The food always tastes amazing and have great vegetarian options! They’ve recently introduced mock chicken and mock duck which you can request in ever of the meals as a vegetarian alternative, something I’m really thankful for as I am a very fussed eater

I have been reading reviews an I will say this I went on just eat an it was over 20 quid just for my order an that was without any service charges for using just eat. So I decided to go to the takeaway myself an cut out the middle man an sure enough my meal cost 5 pound less than wat just eat was goin to charge me. Am they were so friendly in there the food was delicious an the BBQ ribs are the best iv had. Love the food an never have no issues when I go direct to the takeaway. If you want it delivered just call the takeaway direct an they will deliver exactly what you ask for in a reasonable time.e. no mess no proble s when you go direct.
