Awful. Would caution purchasing anything during their sales online. The prices get really low, but at cost of good customer service. Placed an order with no response over a week, later to hear that they're a week behind on orders. I emailed twice in that time period with no response only to have my order be cancelled and was CALLED by the store to inform me that the item was out of stock, hence the cancellation. Then somehow they magically find it and let me place the order again with the promise of free shipping and having my order expedited that day (they would never respond to my emails, only talk to me over the phone, red flag). After I placed the order, I sent an email inquiring about my free shipping and Dave gave me free shipping out of good will" even though they don't ordinarily do it despite offering it to me in the first place and would ship it out the next day. Week goes by and still no shipment."

Hidden gem. Vast array of garmnets on display. Interested pieces in low volumes. Good sale prices. 2 levels of pleasure for any shopaholic

Completely agree with previous reviews. If you have to pay a little more elsewhere do so. I can only comment on my experience during sale periods. Delivery is so slow with zero updates. Appreciate you are a small company, but sort something out to make customers feel a little valued. Your brands are premium, it's such a shame you customer service doesn't match.

I've been shopping here for last year or so now and I only have good things to say. They stock both unique and mainstream brands and cater for a vast array of styles. They have always provided first class customer service and continue to do so. I've had a few problems with faulty items from reputable brands and they've resolved them without hesitation and to the best of their ability. If your into your clobber and looking for a current, up-to-date fashion store with staff that are knowledgeable and passionate for the industry, I'd highly recommend you swing by!

Reviewed this store with 1 star a couple of weeks ago due to 2 cancelled transactions and my money not being refunded back.I'm now giving them a 4 star this time. I was able to get my refund back and also got some of my items there.Could still do better especially in terms of updating stocks online and minimizing cancellations since it takes a couple of weeks to get the refund back.Thanks

The best shopping experience in Glasgow. Really struggled to find a good quality mens clothing store that wasn't tiny or selling rap video clothes. Great selection of high end brands and an Aesop lab with dedicated staff. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Glasgow.

Bought a stone island crewneck today , 5/5 , amazing customer service , sales assistants welcomed me warmly and were very helpful about the stock , sizes , price and quality of the item. Very good all round experience and I will be sure to stop by again and purchase more items , definetly the best shop for stone island and C.P Company in Glasgow.

Nothing bad really happend, I didn´t receive what i´ve orderded, got refund back.It was kind of a rare item, off season in sale, it was in stock, so I just ordered it. That was on 13th of February. Card was charged on 15th. Order was processed within two three days, i got a shipping number on 16th with an information that the order is dispatched. Everyhing was looking pretty ok, shipping number wasnt updated at all but logged at DHL, seemed legit.On 19th of February I ve received very strange email from 18montrose that my order was returned on my request and that my refund will be proccessed within 5 days. Contacted 18montrose about it(bcs I didnt call for return and was looking forward to get the item), they told me that courier had to issue a return-to-sender" and they are processing my refund and please wait 5 days. Refund was received immediately

Mail order service, particularly during sale periods is pathetically slow. Cancelled order with them having been waiting weeks with no updates and ignored emails sent to them. Never again, there are far better companies out there to spend your money with.
