Tunstall Primary Care GP Practice

Yesterday I have transferred from Furlong Medical Center to Tunstall Primary Care GP Practice.my appointment was at 5:45pm with a psychologist. I went there and waited my turn. There was one person in front of me in the waiting room. Then when the doctor called my name I entered his office, I didn't feel comfortable. He spoke quickly and did not give me enough time to talk about the problem I had had since I was a kids are . Then he opened the door and said goodbye to me. I felt a kind of discrimination. this is unbelievable. Is it possible to be a psychologist and treat patients in such a rude manner, knowing that the first psychologist at Furlong Medical Center was very professional, kind, and respectful Unfortunately, he was on vacation.

Booked an appointment at 11.30am eventually got to see the doctor at 12.10pm. Since merging with packmoor this practice is a joke

My appointment was ergent dentist" from the minute of speaking to receptionist to haveing treatment the ladies were lovely. You see I am 57yr old disabled lady and have very bad anxiety and depression

First time here for me hope I never come again, the receptionist is the worst I've ever had the misfortune of meeting, she was miserable, rude and totally had the wrong attitude for someone to be the first person you have to deal with. How these people get these jobs is beyond me. Will say that the doctor I saw was fine to deal with.

Horrible!! Honestly i don't even understand what's the point of having a GP if everytime somebody is unwell i have to call 111 or end up at a&e, this morning i called at exactly 8am, i recived a callback 40 minutes later telling me there's no appointment left so i asked what time do i have to call to ensure i get an appointment and they say at 8 o'clock well thanks that's exactly what i did!! They're just playing with us at this point, so disappointing!!

This place can be frustrating sometimes, they referred my son to a dermatologist he was prescribed drugs and cream for his eczema prone skin, up till now the pharmacy said no cream or drugs was sent to them, each time I call the tunstall primary care to complain they only give him the emollient cream and that’s all. My son doesn’t sleep at night and scratches himself all day in school. This creams I cannot buy them from the pharmacy without doctors prescription. Am tired of seeing my boy suffer without any help.

All staff at the surgery over recent months have been very helpful polite and pleasant to deal with except for one little hiccup which was soon resolved.Keep up with good service you are currently delivering

No soap /Hand sanitiser on exit, and a bit worrying with the new strains of covid back, not good, asked to use the loo, and it was like asking for A Bank vault key, it says *patients only* but I'd personally not want someone undesirable doing the imaginable. But very depressing atmosphere, I know it's not 'A night at Jollees*, but a few smiles wouldn't hurt...

Been patient of this surgery when they were in Dunning ST. and Mr. Singh use to be the main GP of this surgery. Since his death this surgery is gone for worst. Staff at reception are rude, same day appointments always runs out and you need to call again next day, or they are very keen to ask you to to go to A&E.Command of English language is a big barrier for the GPs of this surgery, You may need to learn 2nd language to interact with them most of the time you will find hard to understand.Would not recommend this GP to anyone, I left it and I am very happy for my decision.UPDATE: 09.01.2023Surgery asked me to provide the details of my complaint after six months since review goes online. I can confirm here information or correct and the feedback is for your surgery and I also confirm the that I have also left the review of other surgery which is also correct and fact bases. I do not want to reply to your email, but let it be public here to clear that the feedback left for you is for your surgery not another. There was more to add but it was too personal to discuss it online. but your service was worst than what I reviewed. Had to visit the ent doctor here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly including the doctor who I saw at my appointment time, plenty of free parking including disabled and lifts to the upper floors.
