Appointment was changed twice without any consultation. It was just a text message that I could easily have missed as it was a reminder and not noted as a change of appointment.I'm sure that my appointment was changed to accommodate private patients as I'm still clinging onto my NHS status!! And I was advised by reception and not the dentist himself, that he was switching to private patients only...disappointing.

I had my first appointment here yesterday with Georgiana Mirica and she is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever seen. She was smiley and reassuring and explained the cause of my problem and prevention. She completely put me at ease and I came out feeling completely surprised that I actually enjoyed a dentist visit!

Experianced excellent service here today. The whole team were very friendly and kind. The whole practice is nice, clean and tidy. And the dentist i saw made me feel very calm, which for me made a huge difference. Would definitely recommen if you're looking for a new practice.

From your initial contact from reception through to the dentist (Ugne) and the dental nurses and hygienist (Michaela) the care and attention that you receive is excellent and professional. They are all friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. They all take time to explain things to you and you feel like they really care about what is best for you.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mostly negative experiences with this practice apart from the hygienist. After my last hygiene appointment, I asked to book a general dental checkup with my dentist to be told I was taken off the NHS list without my knowledge! No reminders, no warning. When I asked why I wasn't notified the rude receptionist claimed they were open during COVID. Utter rubbish. Since this changed hands to Bupa it has joined the national dental narrative for a push for privatisation, regardless of patient care and affordability. I feel so let down by this dentist after years.

Had a root canal work done at a previous dentist and the filling came out causing the inner wall of the tooth to snap and fold over digging into the other side of the tooth and causing pain in my gums. Booked an appointment at Bupa and saw the dentist Maz and her assistant Glascy. As soon as I walked in they both put me at ease and explained what they was going got do every step of the way! I was even asked what I would like to happen from the appointment and Maz and Glascy done an amazing job not only fixing the tooth but doing it so professionally and friendly. Would highly recommend

Throughout several fillings, root canal work and the re-build of a tooth I experienced nothing but exemplary service. Polite, friendly staff, plus the dentist gave a very clear explanation of my choices and the limits of what could be done.

Fabulous practice.. everything from the lovely Eileen on reception ( very helpful and goes the extra step without having to be asked) also practice manager Debbie helpful and really amenable ( but i think she is leaving) lets hope the new one is just as fantastic, My dentist is newish but listens and makes you feel calm, If only all practices were this GREAT
