an absolute disgrace to the NHS, 0/10 wouldn't get sectioned here again.the phoenix centre is truly awful, i cannot even put into words how atrocious the care i received was and how much worse off it made me. they do not care at all about patients, only their weights. as soon as you hit that magic 95% you're discharged, whatever your mental state. they also lie and make false promises therefore it is impossible to trust them and their clinical decisions. the MDT lacks compassion and competence. overall, being admitted here was a massive waste of time as they just set me up to relapse.
