Lottie and Lindsey were both so lovely and friendly and when I asked if they could kindly fit the insoles I bought into my shoes for me, they did so happily, although it was a small gesture it was one that made my day. I would love if you could pass my appreciation onto them both as they're an asset to your team!

Absolutely disgusted with the service from Nathan . I asked for help in store he said we have not got any, and walked away, he could have stayed and assisted me. When he walked away I felt I could not ask him for help.When I went to pay which I spent &53.17 in the shopI said at the till to him that he could of helped me, he said I answered your question,Customer service from employee of shop and customer needs to be addressed.

Bad quality shoes and worst staff manners I had meet in my life ... especially the old lady ... I advise everyone to go Deichmann brand ... high quality and luxury treatment from staff

Recently purchased shoes from here but it was not comfortable, It did not satisfied me so without wearing it I tried to exchange but they denied. Firstly they said we can't exchange than later they said send it to headquarter when I told them return policy. They even talk badly when you ask them to exchange. Honestly the shoes condition was original.
