JOE & THE JUICE

I’ve dined at Joe and the Juice a few times, each time getting progressively worse.Their delivery service from this branch is sub-par, over several orders I’ve some how always been missing an item.The staff, bar one very helpful individual on the station furthest from the front door, were extremely slow. The wait time for two sandwiches was very long, and could definitely be improved with having the majority of staff on task.The music also, on several different occasions, has extremely loud interference - not great for anyone with audio sensitivity.The staff here could really benefit from a strong team leader who can ensure the wait times of the food are cut down, especially if completing delivery orders at the same time, surely it shouldn’t take the entire length of a delivery order from placement to actual delivery before someone in the restaurant gets their food? Just a bit odd tbh

Not the best for the price you pay. The establishment was quite dirty when I was in there, the tables were dirty and no member of the staff could be bothered to clean them up. There was some chairs all over the place.If the environment matched the taste of the food i would’ve given a 5/5.The employee serving me gave me weird vibes. I didn’t really feel welcome at all.Asked to eat im but ended up just taking away…

Nice place. They got very good coffee, delicious cakes( that I was trying), and much more.Staff extremely friendly and attentive.The cafe located on the North Street, near the Lanes.Easy to find and very enjoyable place.

Really bad service. The energy in that place is so weird and uncomfortable. The girl who served us just shouted 'sandwich' when our order was ready, didn't even know it was for us and we had to figure out of it was ours as the staff were ignoring us. Totally awkward and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Would enjoy this place and come more often cos the sandwiches and drinks are great but the service in the Brighton North Street branch is depressing.Update: changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. They seem to have employed generally better staff and customer service are dealing with my messages quickly when I have issues with the app. Has improved my experience overall.

Dirty and uncleaned tables/chairs, loud (too loud) and inappropriate lyrics to the music so you can barely converse, and certainly can't hear the barista whispering your name for orders - saw 2 people chasing up their orders to them just be pointed at on the counter getting cold. Staff barely speak, staring at you rather than taking an order, they clearly don't want to be here and are only there to listen to their questionable taste of music.

Very loud music - this is obviously played off someone's phone, as whenever they went to check it, it let off a very static noise.There was an alarm that kept going off every so many minutes, yet no one seemed to check or do anything about it.Quite expensive.Staff weren't partly friendly and instead of calling names out when drinks are ready, you have to look at the counter and work out if the drinks are yours.

The juice that I tried in London was better than here in Brighton. I think one of the ingredients was very strongAs you can see in the photo, the one from Brighton is much stronger. Although I love the juices they make, I guess they could check the quantity of the ingredients.

Really bad customer service. My niece was given the wrong drink & instead of apologising the cashier told her she was wrong (she wasn’t but why be so confrontational with a young customer?!). They made her wait a long time whilst they served her every single other person to make the replacement drink that THEY messed up. Still no apology when she collected it. Seems like they punished her for speaking up. This is not okay.
