I can't believe it, so bad for this experience, the first time the tempered film they applied was peeling off, I came back and they put this on me, they cheated me, I can't believe it, so bad for me. a very professional looking store right in the center of newcastle, they just put a plastic sheet on me and it peeled off after 1 day, please give me a solution

Amazing customer service. Very friendly and very helpful. Good value for money and phone parts came in quickly as well as a great job. Would definitely return if needed. Highly recommended after I was ripped off by another person who repaired my phone the person was so helpful and got thr problem resolved quickly. Thank you

The guys here are extremely friendly, and repaired my phone in less than an hour - which was amazing, and very much appreciated!I hope that I don't need their services again, but if I do, I would definitely go back to them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Gave phone back, appeared ok for a couple of hours then stopped working. Discovered internal board had been assembled incorrectly Manager would not accept this even though clear evidence, blamed it on dropping the phone and raised his voice and told me to leave the store, extremely rude and a Shockley poor service. I recommend you do not use these cowboys.The reply that has been left to my review just goes to show how poor the service is from this store.I came back into the store much sooner than 8 days, I was back within 48 hrs and was sent away, if you had opened the phone at that time when it had just one crack, you would have seen the problem, but you would rather put the blame onto me and send me away, now that you have my money. I have then had to go away open the phone myself to find that it was actually poor workmanship which has caused the problem, I’ve called straight up and arranged to come back 4 days later when off work to be thrown out of your shop after a complete rejection to what I have said, of course the back of the phone has more cracks in now, I have had to remove it because you wouldn’t, it’s made of fine glass, this breaks when removed after being stuck down with glue, but the only way to see your hidden shoddy work was to remove it and see inside.Your representation of this issue is publicly misleading, and a demonstration of your ridiculous customer service, I have no ulterior motive to try and get a 4 year old Samsung phone repaired for free, I have already bought a replacement, because you said it was beyond repair, without examination, and I have already paid you to repair it and you have done a poor job, something you won’t admit and would rather blame your customer, to the point of suggesting I am bending the truth which is utter nonsense and as far as behaviour is concerned, I have never been spoken to by anyone in a shop or for a service I have paid for in this manner, your interpretation is an absolute insult. This is in fact the first negative review I have ever left. I feel robbed and insulted. I shall not return and I hope other people think twice about handing their money over to you, as there is no guarantee.

I visited Pocket Geek Newcastle last week for help with my iPhone 13. James was really polite, friendly, knowledgeable and sorted out the problem. They had well priced accessories in store and gave lots of good tips on what to look out for when making purchases. Cameron was also helpful. Will definitely go back again if need anything else.

Great service! Took my phone in to fix a damaged charging port and replace the backglass. Repairs were carried out by James and Cameron, two cracking lads who know their stuff! Took less than an hour for the phone to be returned fully repaired and looking brand new, no issues with it since. Will definitely be returning for any repairs needed in the future, not only for the swift service, but for the decent crack as well!

Bypassed my usual tech spot to try out this service as my sister had recommended them. I made an appointment for a repair to my iPhone charging port. The store was bright, clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. After dropping off the phone I received a call after 30 minutes to say it was ready.When I arrived I was surprised to find the port was ok and the repair was not done. They gave it a quick service to ensure it was ok and saved me quite a bit of money.Excellent customer service
