I would like to thank vip and mo for the safe journey to London on the 13.9.23 and the return journey on the 14.9.23 mo was a lovely man and made my journey at ease he was funny and friendly and if I ever need to use vip again I would ask for mo thanks very much for a great experience

Monis Muflahi, was very professional, called day before and ahead of pick up to confirm time ,which was prompt, he called at door to collect visually impaired patient for hospital and was very polite and very approachable, he didn't mind when I called for updates of the journey, gave contact details to said patient for when appointment was over.. said patient informed me he felt very comfortable being in Mr Muflahi company and the drive to hospital in London....a big thank you from us both for your kindness in taking patient to hospital which was a fair few hours away .. highly recommended

Monis was my knight in shining armor on June 6, 2023. My husband and I were on a bus tour of the British Isles when my husband got Covid. We were told we would not be allowed back on the bus and the hotel needed our room by 1 PM the next day. We are US citizens and knew nothing about Wales. I was totally stressed as to what to do. We needed to get to London for a flight home. I called VIP Transport Services and Monis, the owner, rescheduled his appointments to help me. He arrived on time and got us to our hotel in London.
