Great service would definitely recommend. The girls were lovely.I fully expected to get a call saying that jet was too anxious to be groomed (as this has happened before an other places and I’ve had to go in to assist) and when they said it would only take around an hour I was expecting it to take a lot longer so was even more surprised when they called to say she was ready in exactly an hourJet hates the sound of metal clanging and hates crates. love that they don’t use crates when I came to pick her up I could see her in the pen and she actually looked happy and relaxed. On the drive home there was no excessive panting or signs of anxiety like usual. She looked so fluffy and smelt beautiful!Will be using again ❤️

I don't know how they managed to bribe my demon cat Coco into actually enjoying her grooming experience since she actively fights me when I try to brush her. she's an older cat and has no experience of being groomed before and Vanity Furr took everything into consideration and managed to keep her calm and happy and she came back looking and smelling INCREDIBLE.I was unable to take her there myself as I was busy so my husband took her but they kept me updated via text and would answer any questions I had (regardless of how silly they may have seemed).beyond pleased with the experience and will absolutely be taking Coco there again!!

Can’t thank the staff, Laura and Libby enough for looking after my dog today. He’s a very nervous dog and I was just as stressed wondering how he would be. The girls were really kind and reassured me he would be ok. When I collected him he looked fantastic. Well groomed, smelling lovely and calm. After trying a few other grooming companies, I will definitely be going back and can highly recommended them. Thanks again girls.

Fantastic service from Vanity Furr.Our big chap Vinnie is a very nervous and often reactive border collie, who loves nothing more than rolling around on the ground and jumping into streamsI was incredibly nervous about taking him for grooming but he desperately needed it as we were unable to deal with the matting that was starting to develop around his withers and he would not entertain us trying to trim his nailsThe team at Vanity Furr are so patient with Vinnie, he’s not an easy client!He looks and smells beautiful

First time at vanity purr. My dog's fur got neglected for the first time due to a newborn baby. Couple of groomers refused to take on the job. The groomer at Vanity Purr took on the job, what a great cut my dog had. best groom she has ever had. No long bits of fur left. She was cut evenly all over, a professional cut that looked fabulous.

Good if you want a quick groom but my bichon came back looking like a schnauzer when I asked for a show cut. Quite sad because I'd been brushing and growing her hair for a long time so she'd get the perfect globular look. She had very little matting.She did come back smelling amazing and they were fast.Before is with the flag after is the photo :(

Bought my very nervous pom here yesterday. I was quite anxious to bring her as she is a rescue and scared of her own shadow. The girls were absolutely amazing and patient with her and didn't push her too much.I'm confident that with regular visits the girls working here will be able to completely put my dog at ease and hopefully one day enjoy the grooming experience.So thank you girls for putting my anxieties at rest and I look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks

So Happy with the service at Vanity Furr, Laura was very kind and professional. I took my senior cat Lilly for a full clip and bath, she was very well looked after and looked and smelt great. Thank you so much for the great service will be using you again for my other cat George. Many thanks, x
