A good service for our wills being prepared & signed.A little austere meeting room. A screen still in place makes for a soulless experience.The Conveyincing was fine. There were no issues with this.

We chose Spire Solicitors for their great local reputation however nearly 3 weeks after agreeing to proceed we recieved a phone call saying there was a conflict of interest. Our buyers and vendors are both with different solicitors, there is no apparent connection to Spire. Frustrating to find this out after so long. We're back to square one. No details on the conflict were given but told it was specific to Spire and we would not have the problem with any other Solicitors.
