Sameday Fridge Repairs AGS Refrigeration

Glen has been incredibly helpful over the years with our GE fridge/freezer. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. He recently fixed an urgent problem, arriving within just a few hours of our call, and everything is working perfectly now. Thank you for saving the day! Glen provides excellent advice, service and value for money, and he clearly explains the issue, potential concerns and the best solution. Highly recommend.

Standard call out engineer via Miele just said compressor" and didn't think repair was economical - we didn't want to replace

Glen did point out the problem after a quick check but didn’t get my fridge fixed. I still paid the full charge. The learning is better buying a new one.

Having read great reviews, I phoned the number stated on the website. But, nobody answered the phone. I then sent a text message asking for the call out charge and labour to repair my Beko fridge freezer. I initially wanted to buy one. But, I wanted to try to get it repaired so it can be saved from going to the land fill and extend its life. Unfortunately, this company did not have the decency to respond. In my text, I gave my name and my location. As I am a Brown person and live in South London, he must have thought I won't pay him or even try to rob him. Thus, he did not respond. In fact, I am a Financial Professional and would have liked to have paid him for the call out charge and his fees for the repair. Unfortunately he did not even respond.

Fantastic service!Our fridge/freezer started making a loud banging noise on a Thursday morning. I tried phoning various repair companies including the large organisations that say they offer a same-day service. The earliest guaranteed date was for the following Monday, as “no-one worked weekends”.I finally came across AGS who fully understood the problem and even knew the exact model (no-one else did).Glen himself came round within a few hours and was able to cure the problem straight away.My advice is, avoid the big boys – they just want to make as much money out of you as they can by signing you up to unnecessary insurance policies etc.Glen was totally professional and honest. He’s obviously extremely experienced and I’m so grateful to now have him on my list of truly trustworthy trades people.Victor Jamison

Glen was a joy to deal with. From our first communication where I explained the issue he was clear with what the 2 possible problems could be. He advised me the call out cost and told me the parts were extra. He called me an hour before arriving so I didn’t have to hang around. His work was totally professional and gave me some tips of what to look out for and how to switch the water supply off when going on holiday. Utterly charming man and a great sense of humour too. Couldn’t recommend Glen more highly. Thank you

This excellent technician wasn’t free to see me on the day I needed, and yet kindly helped me on text to see if he could quickly troubleshoot to solve the problem. Obviously can’t be expected often, but clearly a great company with excellent morals. Won’t hesitate to call in future (and will be using formally if this advice doesn’t work today…!)

I used AGS Refrigeration to fix my fridge which was cold but still semi-freezing - turns out the fan was broken. They were very reasonable, quick to diagnose the problem and order the part. I would throughly recommend. Thank you!

Massive thanks to Glen, who was able to come round within three hours of our first phone call, and who fixed our Liebherr fridge freezer with great expertise. He even followed up by text a couple of days later to check it was still working (it was).
