Very happy with our experience with Prestige Security - had a set of shutters installed in our out-door gate way. Electric powered and remote controlled. Product seems good and received great customer service from sales and the fitters. The fitters gave detailed advice and the installation looks very good. Recommended !

I recently had a new roller garage door fitted be PSS, their service was second to none, there installation engineers turned up on time and were very professional. I found them to be very knowledgeable about the whole thing and even took into consideration my neighbours because of the drilling they would have to do. Once the installation was complete, they gave me a clear and useful demonstration explaining everything I needed to know. I was given a receipt, and which included a 2-year guarantee. I would use this company again and would recommend them.

Great service from start to finish.Paul came out to quote and prices were very competitive.Ellie confirmed fitting dates and the fitters arrived at 8am in the morning and completed the job in a very professional and tidy way.Old door which was replaced with a new Roller Shutter door, all rubbish was taken away. We were shown how to operate the doorI would recommend Prestige Security Solutions 100%

I had a roller garage door fitted this week by the company. I was very pleased with the overall service, from my, first contact with Ellie, the visit by Paul to measure up and quote me a price, to the fitting of the door by the engineers. The fitting team arrived on time, were friendly and explained the working of the door to me. They cleared up afterwards and took away all the rubbish, leaving everywhere tidy.I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone requiring a new roller door.

Telephoned for a quote to remove two garage doors +central pillar. Rep arrived at arranged time. Measured, showed sample of electric double doors and sent quote by email 3 days later. Accepted quote and delivery was about 2-3 weeks. Arrangements made for fitting. Fitters(3) arrived early morning. All very pleasant and good workers. Doors removed and new doors fitted by 2o’clock. Site left spotless and old doors removed +bricks. Workings of door explained. The whole experience was excellent. My previous review has been updated - the garage door curtain had developed two noticeable lines / scratches down the front for no apparent reason.Paul arranged for a new curtain to be installed to replace the faulty one and that deserves recognition of great customer service.

Paul came out to quote for a roller double garage door. Very helpful and provided me with a very competitive quote. Fitters came today at 8am on the dot and fitted the door. Looks lovely, all boxed in and transformed the appearance of my house. Everything left clean and tidy very pleased with the job. Thank you

Excellent service, very polite and takes particular care and attention to detail. The quality of the doors are superb, the installation itself is very tidy.
