Feel sorry for them not being able to get the staff but when you are told a parcel will be delivered between 7.30 and 1.00pm then within 15 mins told sorry tryed to deliver but you was out when you are sat there waiting then smother day told a delivery time and within 20 min sent another text saying sorry can't deliver today will try another day then after 5 weeks of being told different texts it finally turns up with no text to say it will be here.

The worst thing ever, told it would be delivered by a certain day, and it was delivered the day after, the company said they would send me notifications on the day, but nothing.. I called them, and asked, for advice, they didn't care a toss.. i have my parcel almost a week late.
