I would give 6 stars if possible..We had our meeting with Louise Ryan on 8th November, she walked us around showing various samples and color choices.We just have a small grey knob to show color looking for and within 5 minutes showed the closest and further more gave other combinations to match our tastes..This service was not just designing a kitchen but Louise exceed in advising certain combinations and at all times kept us within our budget..When we almost concluded, Louise suggested let’s look further how to reduce the costs.. You do not get that from Sales people..Amazing follow up as we looked into financing..Within 72 hours, our order approved, financed approved and delivery in few weeks..Where can you get this service!!Wren you have an amazing Sales Lady:- Louise Ryan and will definitely mention your name to other our friends & family..Thank you

I found the service I received from the moment I walked into the showroom to when I had my kitchen fitted was excellent. The initial person I spoke to at reception was helpful and passed me over to Jona salesman who had years of experience in the kitchen industry. I was impressed with the displays on show and the way I was guided and helped through the journey of purchasing the kitchen. The kitchen we were after was for a buy to let property so we wanted something that would look good but also be very durable, the tenants are very happy with the kitchen. We would certainly use Wrens again. They offer a great product and I cannot comment on other branches but the service we received at the Eastbourne branch was fantastic.

Wren helped me to design my new kitchen and then supplied it so my builders could fit it. The service I received from Wren was excellent from when I walked into their showroom to choose the kitchen and appliances, through planning and visualising it on computer to supplying and delivering all the constituent parts and details for the my fitters to work from. The units are well finished and very sturdy. I was notified of progress every step of the way so I knew exactly when to expect delivery, etc.I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren to anyone seeking to replace an existing kitchen or seeking to a new one.

We decided that we really needed a new kitchen . Researched as you do, decided to choose Wren despite reading some negative reviews, visited another showroom , another big company which was less than positive. Well, we are glad we did. Overwhelming choice, beautifully laid out showroom. We went to Eastbourne, our designer Lee was fantastic. Patient had great ideas not just for the kitchen itself , accessories as well, not at all pushy. He explained the process which went perfectly. All staff that we spoke to were very helpful, the surveyors, delivery team, quartz top fitters great job. We fitted the kitchen ourselves following instruction leaflets and also looking at extra video instruction on You Tube. Had a couple of slightly damaged doors,simple, reorder on app no problem, they arrived by courier in 2 days.Our experience has exceeded our expecting and we now have a beautiful, great quality kitchen with new well priced appliances as well.

The design process went very well. We were happy with the design and products that were chosen. All went well until the finish on the doors developed faults. We had chosen the Milano high gloss ice blue doors. Within 1 day of them being fitted we noticed that the paint was chipping off. We immediately got in touch with Wren customer services only to be told we weren’t entitled to an inspection because we had an independent fitter. So they put it down to wear and tear. As you can imagine we were very distressed by this because this had nothing to do with the fitting of the kitchen but a product quality issue. We tried several times to speak to them asking them to send an inspector out to have a look and see for themselves but they weren’t budging. We eventually decided to contact the CEO directly as we were not getting anywhere with the many customer service representatives we spoke to. We very quickly got a more positive response. They sent an inspector round to see the problem and he agreed that it was faulty and that he was suggesting they replace the entire range of coloured items that could be affected and that Wren should cover the cost of the replacement. We were relieved with this result.However the new set of doors developed the same fault within hours of them being fitted. Again we immediately contacted customer service but again we were fobbed off. We asked for the inspector to come again to see the problem but they refused to send the original inspector and sent some one else. He unfortunately wasn’t so pleasant but he had to still come to the same conclusion that the product was faulty. We were advised to change the range but what they could offer us was greys and beige colours and as you can imagine this wasn’t what I had dreamed of when designing my new kitchen. I had chosen a pretty colour that I had accessorised with all new kitchen items. I never did want a plain grey or beige kitchen. After many months of phone calls and emails we didn’t seem to be getting anywhere. I have never known such bad customer service ever before. We eventually had to involve the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman and thankfully we managed to get a result. We chose a new range and we are very happy with it even though it wasn’t how i originally intended it to look.It took a year almost to the day to resolve and we went through an incredible amount of stress. We asked for compensation but we were turned down flat despite the fact it had taken many hours of emails and phone calls during our work and social time.Overall I am happy with the kitchen I have but the customer service was appalling and will never want to deal with them again.I will stress that we had no issue with the staff at the Eastbourne store. The issue was with the quality of the product we had originally chosen and the dismissive and sometimes argumentative manner of the numerous customer service representatives we had to deal with.

We found Wren to be most professional from start to finish. Martin, the kitchen designer was most helpful, knowledgeable patient and understanding. He knew what we wanted and his input was first class. My wife and I visited the showroom many times and on each occasion were made to feel welcome. The design process was thorough and the 3D imagery was impressive. The showroom was well presented and to see a kitchen design in the flesh rather than images alone was most useful in enabling us to decide which kitchen was right for us. We visited the showroom at a busy time, were never rushed and got a great discount. Delivery was on time and the order was accurate. We are most pleased with our kitchen and are happy to recommend Wren to anyone looking to buy a kitchen

Nice place to visit to browse around kitchens. Due to move into a new property which needs the whole kitchen ripped out and upon showing a video to the sales assistant got inspirational advice on extending the kitchen round and it actually made sense.Felt that the person I spoke with knew what they were discussing with us and that's what we needed to hear and feel as a customer.Found a design of a kitchen we both agreed on and when get our keys this will be a very strong competitor for choice.

From design through to completion all aspects of our new kitchen project were attended to professionally. There were no missing items, everything done on time, fitters were working to a high standard and impressively quick but I would say very careful, for example everything double measured. Great result and very pleased.
