Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Peterborough City Centre

I booked my car through a gentleman called Abbas who did an excellent job with getting me the car I needed. He handled the booking with ease and efficient which made it very easy for me. The vehicle upon arriving was ready for me cleaned in and out with plenty of boot space which I needed. When dropping the vehicle I was served by a team member Wellington who I assume was new at his job. He went through the car in detail in and out and asked if I had any problems or if they could do anything to improve their service. I was very happy with my experience and for sure will be using you guys on a regular basis. Thankyou so much guys.

It is one of the worst car hire company or office.After sharing specific car details 2 days in advance same was not available and had to waste 5 hours for an alternative.Purchased complete car insurance, had a problem where I got the tyre changed, shared the receipt with Enterprise, was confirmed that it will be reimbursed within 10 working days. It has been more than 50 days with no update.Employees - Thomas and Rachel were the in charge and not replied to 5 emails shared in last 2 months.A big NO for Enterprise. WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY.

Best enterprise branch, if ever I have any issues they have gone above and beyond to support me and offer alternatives! Esp the assistant manager Muhammed. Very pleased with kindness of the staffs

Not a great experience. Booked online to collect van at 9.30. Had to wait an hour as it wasn’t even cleaned. I had booked for two days and to return by 12 noon following day. Actually returned van at 9am. Manager asked if everything ok and repeated issue collecting. Offered to refund second days rental as we had returned van within 24hrs. 3weeks later no refund received so get the impression the offer was made to get good feedback on their survey which I wasn’t prepared to do until refund was received. Have to add condition of the van wasn’t great, windscreen had a big crack and drivers mirror damaged. Certainly not impressed by this experience.

Can't say enough good things about the team at Peterborough Enterprise.We were returning from London to Yorkshire on Friday 20th Oct during Storm Babet. There was chaos on the trains, LNER had stopped all services and the furthest north we could get was Peterborough with Thameslink.As we approached St Neots I decided, having never rented a car before to give the Enterprise at Peterborough a call, Tom couldn't have been more helpful, he was fantastic and sorted the cheapest available car for me on the spot, and offered to pick me and my fiancee up from Peterborough station. I didn't have my license on me but he was very helpful in giving me an alternate method to secure the rental.Once we arrived at Peterborough Station we gave the office a call and Tom then kindly picked us up from the station and took us up to the Enterprise office. When we arrived all we had to do was pay, then be shown the controls of the car, any features etc. The vehicle was a 2021 Vauxhall Corsa and was in fantastic condition and a pleasure to drive.I can't recommend Peterborough Enterprise enough for the help they provided in the most awful weather conditions at short notice. We also got a follow up call the following day to make sure everything had gone okay.5/5 will definitely use Enterprise in the future and would recommend them if you find yourself stuck with rail related issues!

Perfect city location, pick up, drop off service, excellent staff, especially a gentleman named Wellington. Super helpful.and professional. Smooth pick up and drop off of car. I will definitely be using this Enterprise each year I come back to Peterborough. I’ll also recommend this location to friends and family, and anyone else who asks me if there is a good car rental in Peterborough. This is the one.

A massive thank you to Hailey and her team, I rented a car from Birmingham and the AC in the vehicle was not working, I drove to peterborough took the vehicle to the Peterborough city centre office , you couldn't meet a friendlier bunch of guys , they immediately got me a replacement vehicle and even topped up the fuel to replace the fuel I had put in the original vehicle. I was in and out within 20 minutes, excellent customer service keep it up guys

First time writing a google review but felt compelled to do so because of the quality of service here. Booked a van with my other half to move into our new flat - went for a larger van than I’d driven previously and one of the guys in the team (didn’t catch his name) took the time to hop in the van with me for a quick ride around the block to make sure I was comfortable. I dealt mainly with Hassan who was a really good guy - far more helpful than people I’ve come across at vehicle rental places in the past, no faffing around and seemed to have a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used enterprise city centre Peterborough over the part 5 years and this year particularly I’ve rented around 5 times. Recently a young man named Wellington checked me in and out and offered excellent customer service, care and information. All the staff I’ve dealt with in the branch have been outstanding with their service and communications, they are confident when supporting with any issues and are very reliable. I especially like to communicate with the assistant manager Mohammed who shows utmost attention to detail and is always smiling politely! The happiness and confidence in the staff here makes a real difference. Thank you for the service - I would not recommend another car hire company to anyone because enterprise make it so easy, I’ve barely been left hanging around and they always refund deposits in a timely manner.

Completely satisfied. A reliable and super fast service. Very friendly, organised and thoughtful people. Great cars.My insurer chose Enterprise Car Hire as a courtesy/hire car while my car was being repaired. A few minutes after the application went through, I got a call from the main branch (not Peterborough) to validate my claim. Shortly after that, I got a call from Enterprise to arrange picking me up from my home address. Tom and Zuleha got here literally 15 minutes after that, just to save me from spending the day without a car (branch was about to close for the day)! All these nice touches made the experience feel more personal as staff genuinely care about customers.When my car repairs finished, I got an email and a call from Enterprise first even before my repair centre had the chance to call me! Staff at Enterprise just have a very fast rhythm! As I was not in town, they arranged for a collection the following day. Wellington and Zuleha met me at the branch for that purpose. The extra day charge was waved by the manager as they were comprehensive of the situation (if someone is traveling and unable to return the car on the same day their car repairs finish). So this is bending some rules in order to put customers first (dealing with customers as humans and not names or just money). Finally, Wellington gave me a lift (free of charge) and dropped me at the repair centre so I can pick up my car.I've never had a pleasant, personal and stress-free experience with a car hire agency like this one. Thank you and well done to you all (including management and those working behind the scenes). Keep up the good (exceptional) work.
