Kelvin was fantastic, I would highly recommend you use his service. I had multiple long drives booked. He was prompt, fluid communication and quick response time. If I ever returned to wales I would absolutely contract his service again.

We needed a taxi back from Newbridge on Wye to Builth Wells following a long walk for the 3 of us plus a dog in very hot weather.We can not reccomend them enough, they were so helpful and came as soon as they could.The driver was so freindly and kind.Would definitely use again if in the area.

Picked us up after we got stranded in Mid Wales, brought the whole family including the dog back to Cardiff. Really pleasant driver, got to us really quickly and drove us safely home, making stops along the way for the kids. Thank you so much!

Booked a minibus taxi to fleetwood and back from llandrindod. very reasonable pricing and also amazing driver who could put up with screaming children each way and made the journey enjoyable and was very lovely and understanding. Arrived on time for pick ups as requested, helped with loading/unloading and even helped us keep our sanity. Even had stops on the journeys half way for a breather. Cannot fault woods taxis whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Their highly accessible and easy to use website allowed me to book and pay online, in advance of my two journeys. The taxi arrived in good time, and Kelvin was highly professional and courteous. The car was spotlessly clean and the standard of driving was superb. As a lone, female passenger, I felt extremely safe and was very well looked after.I would most definitely use this taxi company again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.Safe, very well organised, efficient and reliable.Many grateful thanks!
