I had an urgent issue at my property with my boiler which was inspected by SGN and consequently had my gas supply to the whole house switched off by them due to a fault with the valve inside. John came around the next day and as well as fix the issue, he explained every step of what he was going to do to understand then fix the issue, (I didn't have much of an understanding about boilers and this was the first time I've had an issue with one). John's personality as well as his professionalism was a exactly what you would hope for when dealing with an engineer, he quickly found out the issue (a clogged up injector) and fixed the issue without me having to spend extra money replacing the whole valve. Excellent work and service provided by John and was thoroughly impressed by his service.

We got Gray Gas Services out for some work needing done at a property we were getting ready to move into. What started as (what we thought was) a small job turned out to be much more complicated due to old gas works in the house. John really went over and above, he took the time to give us the best advice and came back to take on the much bigger tasks asked of him after his first visit - nothing was too much to ask and everything explained well. Reliable, great communication throughout & great priced for the amount of work he had to do in the end! Even extra advice given for free along the way and any (many) questions answered. Would fully recommend

John did a gas service for me and explained what the various elements did.He then fitted a nest thermostat and did a brilliant job.Nice friendly personality and explains everything in plain terms, tidied up as he went, wore protective foot covers and face mask.Checked the thermostat and app on phone several times before he left.Highly recommended, great work, friendly and cheerful. Definitely call John in future and recommend him to anyone.

John was great. I initially contacted Gray Gas after a boiler breakdown. John replied very quickly and came the following day to give me hot water again. I asked John for a quote for a replacement boiler. He provided me with a competitive quotation which I took up. The turnaround was very fast. John communicated very well and outlined everything. The finish on the work was great. John explained how to work the boiler very well and the hive system which accompanied it. I would 100% recommend and will be in touch yearly for John to service the boiler

John services our boiler on a annual basis and he is always friendly and very efficient. When our thermostat stopped working John was out within a couple of hours to help. He fitted a new Hive system and took time to explain how this worked. Great service and highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gray Gas Services, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their work. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they also took the time to explain everything to me and make recommendations/suggestions on what would work perfectly for the house and circumstances in a way that was easy to understand. John is fantastic, called him regards needing my boiler serviced as let down by previous tradesman who said he'd be out.Glad he never turned up and I contacted Grays gas service, such a pleasant professional man, nothing was to much trouble for him, he explained everything to me in plain English as to what he was doing and why etc. And extremely reasonably priced as well. Will def be using his services again.
