I wanted reflexology for all the family - since the pandemic members of the family have been suffering with bouts of insomnia and other expressions of anxiety and stress and Abi's treatment was really helpful to allow the body and mind to fully relax. I had shoulder stiffness which resolved after the treatment. I would recommend Abi to my friends and my clients.

Abi is wonderful. I have had a number of treatments from her (twice in my own home and twice at a mummyshock wellbeing day).She never fails to make me feel relaxed and restored. I love making time to have treatments with her. Highly recommend.

Abi is very experienced and professional. I have done quite a few sessions with her whilst pregnant as well as after my pregnancy. I felt very nervous during the time approaching the birth. Thank to her I have been able to arrive to the big day feeling calm and relaxed. I even used her playlist during my C-section! Her treatment also helped my milk flow after birth. I highly recommend Abi x

I've seen Abi three times and she's helped so much with my chronic inner-ear related dizziness. I have the 90 minute deluxe treatment which includes both face and feet reflexology (though you can choose to have one or both). It's a deeply relaxing experience. For several days after each treatment my dizziness goes, and I feel so much more relaxed. On the day of the treatment you will sleep really well!

I had a 2 hour massage with Abi and it felt amazing. I was completely able to switch off and get into a state of deep relaxation. It often takes me a few sessions with a new practitioner before I feel able to fully relax but Abi's touch felt so safe and reassuring that I was able to let go, relax, and enjoy the massage. As someone who works in caring professions it feels important to receive nurturing touch and I look forward to my next session with Abi.

Abi is the most caring soul and her treatment is amazing. In a busy life schedule it really does feel like an hour away from reality to really relax and switch off.
