It's taken me a couple of years to recover and reflect on my experience with Shiela Giantzides to provide a fair and balanced review of which isn't emotionally driven -I went here with my mum after struggling with our relationship for several years. Digging up our payments we had a total of 16 sessions.Expectedly a lot of trauma came with our sessions when talking about how we both felt and trying to understand each others point of view.Unfortunately this is all that happened. Sheila did not bring anything to the table other than how do you feel about that?". My mum and I would have an hour long conversation with frequent and difficult silences when we could not connect or communicate. I often hoped that in these moments Sheila had been listening & examining intently
