I have nothing but good things to say as a previous tenant at one of their properties. Easy to contact, very quick with communication and nothing is ever too much trouble. Alex especially was always very helpful. I wish all letting agents could be like Shepherd Sharpe.

Shepherd Sharpe have been excellent throughout the transfer of our rental property from the previous agent. Murray and his team have been really efficient and friendly dealing with our numerous requests and always get back to us quickly and sort our request fully and effectively. When we were ready to let our house they already had a tenant lined up for it and it was let within 48 hours! On top of the great service their charges are also highly competitive. I thoroughly recommend them.

Best letting agent experience I’ve ever had. Been with a few different ones while at university and Shepherd Sharpe has been by far the most supportive team I’ve dealt with. This year we started renting our second property with them and the experience of going from the old place to the new one was a seamless as you can ask for.They also have been very helpful in resolving any issues that arised in the property we were/are renting.Also wanted to note that all the properties we’ve viewed with them were genuinely nice (even if not all were the right ones for us) so they seem to be really focused on the quality of properties they represent.

No basic customer service skills and does not respect customer's time - The agent has not turned up for a booked house viewing. When I phoned them, I was informed that viewings had been cancelled and that all clients were notified. I explained I had a call from the agency to reschedule the appointment but not to cancel one and that I also received a viewing reminder from them. They said the viewing was cancelled and have not even apologised.

I found the process with Shepherd Sharpe to be professional, efficient and personal. The service was great from start to finish. Everything was dealt with and handled in a timely manner despite my constant questions, which they were happy to answer. All in all, a great estate agency with a great, friendly team working there!

I have had a lot of contact with the lettings side of Shepherd Sharpe over the last two years on behalf of my mum who rented through them. They have been brilliant. They have been consistently professional, responsive and responsible in their approach to looking after the property and their tenant. And above all, and most importantly, they have been unbelievably kind. They really went above and beyond for my mum and my family in some stressful circumstances. This kindness, care and thoughtfulness has been evident since the beginning, in all the staff, and indicates a really decent company with humanity and decency at its heart. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shepherd Sharpe to anyone.
