Called but no skips were available, said they would let us know when one was, within the hour they had delivered one to us, called at the weekend for an exchange which they said they would do on the Monday.. skip was removed and replaced all before 9am. Very efficient

DO NOT USE It’s simple really We paid £150 for the skip to be dropped of on the Thursday before the bank Holliday (and promised it would be ) however it never arrived no answer on the phones. Monday morning my wife phoned to complain that you took our money and did not deliver in response she got a very untrained rude female who ended with “Do you want the skip or what we are busy” eventually a polite driver delivered the skip later in the day. I will not be using these again not bothered about customer service and the female needs sending on a couple of courses a polite manner costs nothingDO NOT USE

Hired a midi skip, lady on the phone seemed nice and reassured that they could put the skip where I wanted. Thought nothing of it as others companies had managed it no problems. Got there and found Andy (the lazy pudding) placed way out of the way. Rang three times and each time the lady said ill see what I can do. Nothing done, just left there! had to hall heavy bags full of rubble all the way to the other end of the road before the fly tippers! What should have taken a couple of hours turned out a whole ruddy day. lucky I'm in my prime otherwise could have caused serious injury. Don't part with your money until they deliver what they promise. Cause once they've got it they don't want to know. Will never use them again obviously. P.s sack your delivery driver, if he is your son i'd disown him!

Rude thiveing companyI wasnt going to write a review about this horrid company. But I am now!.First of all it started well. Then an exremely rude guy phoned me and hungup almost half way through a conversation. I let this go and puti down to them just being lairy blokes who move big objects. Alarm bells should have rang then.The chap who dropped off the skip was polite enough. Delivered the skip on time and left.Then I phoned to tell them I had finished with it. It took 3 times to get them to pick it up. The last time they said they would be here to collect i first thing and never turned up. so they came in the afternoon.I was not in when they picked it up. got back home and the skip was gone............. Oh.... wait... So were my two treated 6ft lumber joists I put down underneath the skip.I phoned the rude guy again who said leave it with me I will sort it out. Knowing full well I would never hear from them again. Nor would i every get my property back!I can see from the reviews 3 years ago nothing has changed with this carefree horrendous company. So do yourself a favour. If you value your property and want someone who knows what the meaning of customer service actually is. DO NOT PICK THESE LOT!

Phoned for a quote on an 8 cubic yard skip they priced it at £275 exc vat and then added another £95 for a permit, something I had be priced with another at just £15. (Grossly over inflated prices). pure greed.

Skip arrived on time, driver called to say he was on his way. Rang for it to be collected, they arrived 12 mins after calling. Really impressed with service will definitely use again and will recommend.
