Please avoid using this shop to send your parcels.The staff is useless, rude, abusive. The guy shout at me , refused to provide a receipt of my parcel drop off , I asked for my parcel back since I didn't trust , he sent me off the shop , very violent and aggressive. UPS shouldn't be partnered with this awful business.

Very rude staff member , just kept saying he wouldn’t let me know if he could accept my UPS parcel or not even though it is a designated UPS parcel drop off . Obv didn’t want to accept it . I walked out and went to Timpson in boundary rd and he accepted it and also provided me with a free packing pouch for the customs docs .

Would give 0 stars if I could. Refused to accept an Amazon parcel for return despite Amazon saying they should have 100% accepted it. It had the correct labels all they had to do was scan it. Man serving us was extremely rude, reluctant to serve, on his phone. and to top it all off appeared high (very slow to respond and unable to answer any questions).

Rude and aggressive, it's not the customers fault DHL do not pay them if they do not want to do it then don't do not shout swear and threaten your customers with violence when they try to drop of a package.

Felt compelled to write a review, as the guy serving me was very polite. I also dropped off a UPS parcel with no issues at all, offered me a receipt via SMS. In stark contrast to some other reviews here.

They refused to accept an Amazon package for return because it didn't have a label even though they provide a free package and label service with UPS.They guy was very rude to boot.They have been reported to Amazon who say that my package should have been accepted 100%. Laziness at its best.Don't waste your time to use this service or line these peoples pockets.I suggest a professional courier, not a tin pot news agents.

overpriced to the max and staff are so rude! rolled his eyes when i wanted to split paying between cash and card and tried to overcharge. better off going to tesco round the corner.
