We have found Joblogic to be a great piece of software, it has taken a little while to get fully up and running, mainly our fault however, now that we using the software it is great and easy to use. The support team are always on hand, and I find Amish and the team very helpful, make sure you take advantage of training, it is really good. Julie @ TNT Cleaning

I feel so embarrassedDear JoblogicRespectfully I leave this review because I feel so embarrassed with your service, and I decided to share my experience.I did purchase 4 weeks ago your CRM software and realise that is not so flexible as initial the salesperson described it.In fact!-It is not friendly on the mobile phone version.-There are not available the basic tame-plate for a plumbers & heating engineer.-The jobs cannot completely finalize and sent the customer through the mobile phone version.As soon as I realize all that factors, I came back to the company and ask if they can help me with a template.Almost instantly I received a writing confirmation that the cost is going to exceed a few thousand pounds when I decide to cancer my subscription, they offer 50% discount on the template cost .Of course, I cannot afford this cost and I ask to cancel my subscription because the product is not much with my needs and my financial expectations.The answer was by Customer Success Manager (this is not the news you expected but Unfortunately payments will still be due, and invoices will be raised with our accounts department as stipulated in your contract this was signed for 12 months on 26/9/23.)Funny enough after a week the offer me free of charge 3 templates and 50% on 2 others I am glad I did not trust from the beginning.Of coerce respectfully I will keep paying my bills as long you are interesting only for the payment and not for the customer needs!As a professional tradesman I never did that to my customersThank you for your time!Yiannis

We have used the Joblogic system for 3 years now. It has enabled us to monitor our service engineers and to transition to a paper free system of planning and recording routine and emergency engineer visits to customers who often have multiple pieces of equipment on site.We have used the Joblogic help service quite a number of times and have found the operators to be helpful and well-informed.Some features, particularly the custom forms were tricky to set up, but work well when they are correctly used.In conclusion, the Joblogic system has streamlined our operation and made it more efficient and professional.

Joblogic - Service Management Software
Terrible customer service. It was a great service to use, had set it all up, paid for the service and it was making jobs easier. However, the calls then started up to 6 a day about onboarding and starting up with free month if I signed up.... to a service I already had been paying for. I asked for the calls to stop, they did not. To get the subscription cancelled was like pulling teeth as I no longer wanted to use a service that could not understand that ringing on repeat, emailing but then not responding when I replied was not acceptable or somewhere I wished to spend money.

Joblogic - Service Management Software
I have had a great experience with JobLogic this year, comparing this to our other service management software, it has improved our workload massively. I particularly appreciate the dedicated staff who have helped with each query - Muhammad Yousaf has been very helpful, going out of his way to investigate any concerns and has brought back results in a very short period. I have raised a lot of tickets, it's surprising they're not tired of seeing my name but they always have a smile and a time to call with me. Thanks JobLogic.

JobLogic allows me to easily keep control of active jobs, clients, customers, sites etc. It's easy to use platform makes updating files quick & simple. Easy to understand system with a good layout. Customer Success Manager available for any queries, additional training etc and courtesy calls every so often to see if you need further assistance or have ideas on how to improve the service. Highly recommend.

We have been using job logic for a few years now, it’s a great software, very easy to use and we get along with it perfectly.Job Logic has helped us keep our business running effectively, efficiently, professionally and it helped us go paperless.If you need forms/reports creating they are happy to assist and create these for you and turn around is normally very quick especially if you don’t have the time to create these yourselves but you can create custom forms yourself with a little training and time set aside.Any issues or questions we may have, we know we have the team who can assist us very quickly.The support from the staff is extremely helpful, very swift in responding to you and our Customer Success Manager Joshua Batsford is always available if you need assistance and is willing to go that extra mile for you.All in all we are completely happy with Job Logic and we highly recommend using it.ASGCarly PattenService Desk Manager

Its been a few months now changing over from a different CRM software, Waleed and his team have provided excellent service, backup and support in everyaspect. Nothing has been to much trouble, Waleed contacts us regular to make sure all is ok and ask how we are progressing, the team are always happy to help with any of our queries.
