Sarah was extremely helpful when responding to my request for a wreath and assuring me that they would liaise with the undertakers in delivering the wreath for an early Monday service. The wreath was beautiful.

Sarah prepared and delivered the loveliest bunch of flowers to our hotel for our wedding anniversary - order by my husband as a surprise. The red roses and delicate purple flowers compliment each other so very well along with the beautiful foliage included. Thank you for helping to make our day just perfect.

I ordered a bouquet in the morning for the same day delivery and asked if they could include wild flowers, which was a bit of an ask!The bouquet arrived only hours later and was honestly one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. They were for my daughters birthday and I cried when she sent me a photo.Can’t rate you lovely people enough (but then you did do my wedding flowers 10 years prior so I kinda knew you were AMAZING!!)

Can't fault the flowers - they were great.The lady there was kind and friendly.The man was rude and unnecessarily confrontational.There was no need to speak to me the way he did. I only said I was not sure what type of flowers I was after.I won't be going back in there as I probably won't be able to hold my tongue if he speaks to me like that again.Update.For clarity, it was a Tuesday morning when I came in to buy flowers for a relative who was recovering from an operation. I mentioned to the man who was behind the counter that I did not know what would be appropriate for this and he snapped at me and was incredibly rude and hostile from that point.Thank you but there is no point in discussing further and I will not be coming in again.

Please please please. Trust these people with your floral needs. I speak from experience and I promise you that their experience and the understanding they have will not let you down. Sarah.. you’re incredible. Thank you. xx
