We recently awarded The Cotswold Cabin Company the contract for a new office cabin. 2 months on from installation, we are happy with the finished project.Pre-salesJon dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to the pre-sales phase of our project. He was professional, honest, patient and attentive to our questions. Jon made an effort to visit site, providing feedback and guidance on installation options. As one of the few suppliers in the locality with composite cabins on show, we were comforted by the ability to see sample buildings before commencing. At no point during the pre-sales process did we feel pressured or misguided.InstallationThe installation was completed in two phases. Firstly, the base was installed. This took place a couple of weeks before the cabin installation in a quick and tidy manner. The team were professional and very hard working. The second phase saw the installation of the cabin itself. Once again, a professional and relatively expeditious installation despite a few minor issues.Jon oversaw the installation phase, was open and honest throughout and remained available for questions.After-salesJon reviewed the installation work prior to handing the building over. The small snag list we had a compiled, which is not unexpected for projects of this kind, was addressed by Jon without hesitation.The integrity, honesty and collaborative nature of this company are its greatest attributes. Recently had an office installed in the garden. Fantastic service from start to finish. Came out to go through the design with me, did a 3d image in real time so we could see exactly what it would like, made suggestions on what we should have. Agreed a date to install, and they took care of everything, installed a base on Thursday, turned up the following Monday morning to start the install and it was in and ready by Friday evening. It is everything I had hoped for and more, a real top quality finish and everything we agreed. They could have not been more professional and I would highly recommend The Cotswold Cabin Company if you are considering getting a room in your garden, only wish we had done it sooner.

John and the team provide an excellent service from start to finish. No heavy sales, just informative ideas to make what we feel is a fantastic cabin for an office. John was able to provide 3D imagery to fully show the perspective and help the decision to go bigger!! it is worth it. His team were great to deal with onsite, showing professionalism and respect at all times. We will have no hesitation in recommending in the future
