Poor customer service. Rude and don't acknowledge customers, plus the store manager (Lisa?) slags off her competitors at every chance! Pretty pathetic and unprofessional.

My smell is impaired, therefore I can’t smell properly. When I mentioned this at the counter. I was told, “You are at the wrong place if you can’t smell” in a rude tone.I've never seen such customer service before, absolutely shocking. I eventually got my products from Debenhams as they were kind enough to help.
