They fixed my roof when I had damp in the house and even came back a year later to check everything was still ok.I also recently had an urgent job that needed to be checked out and they were here first thing in the morning to make my sure the roof wasn’t a hazard.I couldn’t recommend Jamie and his team more. Jamie provides an honest, professional, friendly and efficient service. Takes photos to show you what the problem is. He is very tidy and nothing is too much bother. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We found a damp patch in our upstairs ceiling, went into the loft and found where the water was dripping through holes in the felt.Jamie came to inspect, explained the problem was not the state of the felt but the fact that the water had got that far.It was a freezing day but Jamie went up on the roof and found cracks in the valley gutter, which he took photos of to show me.He gave me a reasonable quote and cleared out the valley and resealed it (with some sort of magic roofers solution!) there and then. He then showed me the after" photos of a brand-new-looking valley.Jamie is both professional and approachable and I would have no hesitation in calling on his services again and in recommending him to others."

Jamie came to us as we had roof leaks that were coming inside. He explained the issue and gave us a quote for the work. He got to it as soon as he was free and was very polite and professional. Very nice guy, would definitely use again if needed!

His work is carried out promptly and to a high standard, ensuring that all rubbish is removed. Jamie always follows up on the job, ensuring that you are satisfied with the work completed. Fantastic customer service.

Very disappointed with this company. Filled in the form on the website and got an initial quick response registering interest in quoting for some work to be done. Agreed a time to visit and see the job so I took time off to be in attendance and they did not turn up. No phone call to say they were delayed or unable to attend.Tried contacting them several times on the email address on their website. Never got a reply. Eventually spoke again on the phone and was promised attendance that same afternoon. So again took time off and again they did not show.Emailed them and asked that if they were not interested in doing the job then at least have the courtesy of saying so. Unsurprisingly no response.The word from this company cannot be relied upon. Maybe they do a good job once they put their mind to it but based on my experience I have no confidence that they would and will not be contacting them again.
