The time of installation was delayed by an hour apparently due to some puncture tyreInstead being sent a call or at least a text messageIt was just communicated by a voice message 1.5 hours prior to arrivalWhen I requested that my time slot be extended by delayI was told point blank it can’t happenI was then threatened barely 15 mins prior to the event that the bouncy castle shall be cancelled just because I had expected them to notify me in a timely manner and citing that I m being rude just because I was expecting punctuality and that I shall get a full refund insteadHow was I supposed to find an alternative bouncy castle at the last hour with a list of child invitees promised oneThis was for a bouncy castle which I had paid for a 2 weeks in asadvanceLeaving my 6 year old in tearsI had to notify all the guest to come late as a result of this and console my child and was forced to apologise to the owners so that I could get the bouncy castle I sedThis company has no mannersNo ethicsI would highly recommend against hiring themIt’s has been a completely stressful episode dealing with them

These one star reviews are not by accident. Absolutely rubbish customer service. Lame excuses made. Do not recommend.

Poor communication not reliable atall

If I could I would give it no stars! DO NOT use this company. The guy cancelled on me a day before the party, causing me to rush around trying to find another provider. He offered to pay me back £75 and but i am yet to receive this!!!. If i do not get the money in the next few days, i will be moving forward with legal action.

Brillant service from Bouncy Rainbows! On time to the minute! Reasonable prices and great range of things to chose from. Highly recommend!
