Nice shop with great variety. But one thing I find really, really irritating is there are a LOT of missing prices in the aisle. I don't buy things if I can't find the price. And we can't be asking the staff every 5 seconds. I really hope they work on that.

Nice size store with plenty of variety.They have all the usual stuff from homeward, cleaning, DIY tools, garden tools and furniture.They have escalators and lifts so accessible for wheelchair users and parents with prams.It can be difficult to get help from staff as it is a big store and not many on shift. When you do find them, they can seem dis-engaged and not interested.However staff on tills have always been friendly.The store has trolleys available for larger items. They also have an Iceland inside the store but I've never really used it.

We can get various art and craft items at affordable prices. They had a good range of mirrors and picture frames too.

A nice store with a wide variety of stuff. Too many items are not priced however and it's annoying to keep having to ask how much things are. Parking is directly outside and is pay-as-you-park.

Had to queue to get in this visit due to covid regulations. Lovely big store 2 levels... Also has a area set aside as a mini Iceland's store..Got lots of choice..good fir wild birds seed /food and feeders. Good for per accessories..the 1st floor half is dedicated to Christmas plenty of choice price range from cheap to I guess people would say expensive..

2 stars as the range has great prices and great variety. But some the staff I have encountered are just rude and condescending.When I went to customer service with a question the blonde middle age lady she talked very rudely and acted like I was stupid. It’s such a shame that this type of behaviour ruins the shopping experience. Management is no better which explains why staff act like this.

I was looking for luggage and foolishly followed the signage to the first floor. After a fruitless search amongst festive stock and gardening gear I returned to the ground floor and enquired of three uninterested staff where suitcases might be found, only to be told all the stock had been returned to the warehouse until next year. I doubt that I will bother returning.

Shop floor is a total mess, especially on the top floor. Store management should be ashamed of themselves. Lots of products are strewn all over the shelf and floor. Many products are without price tags and hardly any visible staff to ask. Had to go onto the Range website just to do price checks, in the end I got fed up and left to buy my products from Wilko. This Romford store is disorganised, chaotic and very sad to see what could be a great store being run in this state. On a good note there are a great range of products, it's in a good location with lots of accessible parking. If the store manager or area manager is reading this please tidy the store and make sure items have prices visible as you'd probably have more sales.

Love this place, really good range. Has Iceland inside with many choices of food. I like art supplies, wrapping paper, candles, pet supplies including cat grass, and paint. Very reasonable price xxx
